About Me

Hi, I’m Adam, a Colorado native dedicated to helping people feel, move, and live better. With a B.A. in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University, I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in strength, mobility, and pain management.

For more than 12 years, I’ve worked with thousands of individuals through fitness training, massage therapy, corrective exercise, and lifestyle coaching. My own personal health and weight-loss journey showed me how confusing and overwhelming the process can feel. That experience drives my approach: listening deeply, meeting clients where they are, and creating personalized plans that support real, sustainable progress.

In my massage practice, I focus on therapeutic, results-driven bodywork that helps clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies. Whether you’re recovering from injury, dealing with chronic tension, or simply needing space to relax and reset, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals.

Whether your focus is pain relief, building strength, improving posture, recovering between workouts, reducing stress, or simply feeling better in your everyday movement, I’m here to support you with a realistic, compassionate, and holistic approach. I believe progress, not perfection, is what creates long-term well-being.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with my dog Finn, bowling with my family, or getting outside for a walk and some bird-watching.

I initially was introduced to Adam when he was coaching at OrangeTheory Fitness.  There are many coaches at OTF but Adam’s knowledge, energy, and passion are what made him my favorite coach I ever had during my time at OTF.  I have always been a healthy/active person, but I attribute my current health and lifestyle to his passion and encouragement while I was a member at OTF.  Because of this, I left OTF with a wealth of knowledge and fitness is now a part of my life, not a chore, but a passion.  He encourages everyone to live healthy and happy.  He has a well rounded knowledge of cardio, strength, and nutrition that can bring the full circle to your fitness journey, as it did to mine.  I owe a ton to Adam for the knowledge and love I now have for fitness and it being a lifestyle, not something I have to do.  I encourage you to change your life, or add to it using Adam’s knowledge.  And, he is an awesome human being!
